Denmark
Train from Hamburg arrives at Københamn H. Two nights at Comfort Hotel Vesterbro in the heart of the city.
Sweden
Quick hop via Malmö on the Øresund Bridge, then SJ high-speed north to Stockholm. Three nights at Blique by Nobis, Vasastaden.
Norway
InterCity train across the border. Three nights at Scandic Holberg near the Royal Palace.
The famous Oslo–Bergen mountain railway. One night at Comfort Hotel Bergen before boarding the Havila coastal voyage north.
